which pickups were you using (front, mid, back ) ??
also, do your slowhands have the baseplates ??

Apologies for the late reply, I have been very busy. It's a Korean 1991 Squier Strat with Slowhands fitted played using neck pickup into a Boss Micro BR with an Ibanez TS9 pedal to beef up the input. The pickups are just the standard Slowhands.
