Pickup covers?
« on: August 06, 2010, 11:49:19 PM »
Will the existing pickup covers on my BBpro's fit onto the uncovered nailbomb pups I'm going to order? I have never switched out pups with covers before :?

Why not order them with the covers? Not that much I think. Have you check on the Gallery there are plenty of different covers, you may find a match for your Les Paul, engraved, etc.. Best part!!

The current covers are already personalized by sweat and blood from years of playing they look like disstressed camo! Just kidding. They look fine and I just wanted to save the xtra cash. Just need to replace the meat.

You could send the covers to BK and have them put on your pickups.  I did that with a set of original 1963 covers that I had taken of a 335 many years ago.
So many pickups, so little time

not quite so classy, but Tim fitted the original 81 covers of my Greco V onto a set of mules.
