Yeah, I use them a lot, given that I'm a social leper, and am unable to form meaningful relationships with real musicians...

guitarbt is another site with backing tracks. Worth checking both just in case one doesn't have what you want. :)

Ok so you have to pay £2 per track, but the custom backing tracks on this site are great

There's a good choice and you can isolate each instrument with faders before downloading so you get your own mix.
