Hello everyone!

I'm curious, as I'm new to BKP and trying to narrow down my first purchase, what do you think would be a good fit for my guitar?:

LTD M-1000 (superstrat shape)- 25.5" maple neck through, mahogany wings, OFR, flame maple top and a Rosewood fingerboard. This guitar is very heavy/dense, possibly 10 pounds or more, and will have only a volume pot and a coil splitter once im done with it. The guitar is slightly bright, with all that maple and dense mahogany.

The guitar is in E standard, and used for a Big 4 thrash band  tribute, Pantera and ZZ top cover bands, and my own original band, which is kind of like Ensiferum, mixed with the ridiculousness of Dragonforce and the heaviness of something like Lamb of God.

The clips and reviews I've heard of the Nailbomb sound like its a good fit for me, but the ceramic nailbomb sounds like it could be even more delicious. I was looking at the Calibrated Set of NB's, with neck mainly for clean. Mainly I'm wondering if this sounds like a good combination with these tonewoods, or if this combo might be too bright/harsh (with the ceramic), or if if I'm just barking up the wring tree entirely and should try some other BKP.

This guitar sounds way too bright/harsh with an EMG 81(cermic/steel) in the bridge... but was much improved with an 85X(alnico V) in the bridge. However I find the 85x to be... sloshy/loose on the pick attack, and it of course still sounds like an EMG, which isn't so great (to me anyway).
I Enjoyed a Duncan Custom 5(alnico V) in a guitar that was very similar (though less dense), although found it lacking mids and output in E standard.

And if you wanted a better interpretation of what I'm looking for/about, here's a link to my music video:

... there's zombies in it!

Thanks!

You may really like the Aftermath for what you play
If you dig Zombies you may be amused by one of our guitar string sets that we do in conjunction with Vince Ray

Yep, agreed on the Aftermath. Should give the aggression you're after but without over-brightness in the top end

Does the aftermath , especially neck, have good cleans? And I'm not looking for something with ridiculous output either, Medium/Hot area...

Mainly I need something fairly tight with some thick balls, and easily stimulated harmonics, for dime sequels etc (though I'm not a huge fan of his tone), and excellent solo tones.
