I've go a Paul Richardson SCR with Paduak body and neck with a rosewood fingerboard and was wondering what would you all think of riff raffs in the guitar?

I used to own SCR #1, and still have SGR #1.  I've considered putting Riff Raffs into both of them at some point as I reckon they'd be great, having had Riff Raffs in an SG before.

The SCR/SGR is very SG-like!

That's exactly what I was thinking!! It's a very sg feel from the guitar

I understand padouk is quite bright and percussive. The RiffRaff is very punchy and chimey. Could be a tad too much. RiffRaffs do well in all-mahogany guitars, but I wonder about padouk. I would consider Black Dogs or Abraxas too.
My 2 cents.

It depends on the individual guitar.  I've had two, one was very bright and twangy (SCR) the other quite thick and more mahogany like (SGR)...
