To me the nailbomb was just too flubby in the lows and didnt have the aggression that i could get with ease from my miracle man equipped guitar.

I've been through many BKPs and the only ones ive stuck with are my MM bridge & MQ neck

theres just something really special about that combo

Toe Knee, how do you think this would work in an ESP NTII with maple neck thru, mahogany sides/maple top?  I play mostly though an Engl Savage 120 and a combo of 80s and 90s metal.   I was thinking of going with a A-Bomb bridge and CS neck for this guitar, which will be in my hands sometime at the end of August.   I am looking for something that can do anything from 80s metal to thrash.  Choosing PUs is a crazy deal!!!

Hmm i've not really had much luck with the NB bridge ive had it in 3 or 4 different guitars all with varying construction and not got on with it any of the times.

80s metal and thrash is what i play and the best BKPs ive found for it are the MM bridge & the AM bridge

The CS bridge also worked quite well but the midrange was a bit too polite and it was far too bright in my guitars.

Yeah, I might try them.  I do have an RG3120 that I will be putting a Suhr DSH+ in the bridge for now, but might consider some BKPs later.  I do like to solo a lot along with playing metal riffs!!!!  I just found the HD bridge too muffled and was told the Nailbombs would be better since they are a little bit more open than the HD with less mids.

Well I got the Holy Diver to sound damn good.  I had to open up the master volume almost all the way with extra treble and presence on the Engl Savage to get a clearer tone.   I never had to do that for any of my guitars despite the pickup.
