LTD EC-1000 deluxe, aftermat, long or short leg?

Hey,

my english is not the best, so can anyone tell me if i need short or long legs for my LTD EC-1000 deluxe? :)
I read, that thicker guitars like Gibson LPs need long legs, but my guitar is not as thick as the gibsons.
Some people say that the short leg fits anywhere, is that true?

yes short leg pickups will fit in any guitar you will just lose out on a very small amount of adjustability with the heights of the pickup but nothing major
