Aftermath video...
« on: October 27, 2011, 12:21:55 AM »
I think this kind of constitutes a sound-clip, just with visual bits to go with, heh. (Obviously feel free to move if admin don't agree!)

There's a bit of blabber before we get to the clip itself, but it doesn't take long to get there. I do need some good tips / recommendations on video editing software too, as mine is just plain old "came with the camera" type stuff and makes everything sound really quiet... so when I go to correct that in another program unfortunately it goes too loud and it only comes out on the uploaded product on YouTube (still plays fine in the editing software...really odd!)

Anyway, the un-crackly audio in the beginning and end credits is the same guitar with the Aftermaths in, and a much better recording, so two chances in this vid to hear a half-decent clip anyway.   >_<

Really good tone there, sounds (imo) very petrucci-ish

i give it a thumbs up too. very 'dry' tone but a mean sounding intro chord (you look pleased with it), and solid rythym
playing.not my genre so i'm not the ideal critique but can see you play well and have not arrived at your tone by chance.
