Cool airbrush guitar work
« on: November 08, 2011, 01:38:34 PM »
My mate Nick is a really good airbrush artist (lives up in Wolverhampton)

I was just putting back together a guitar he reworked and worked his airbrush magic on
Not everybodies cup of tea but impressive all the same

This is the same guy that did my Judge Dredd artwork on my Lawgiver guitar (that I must get finished)

Other previous mad guitars include
The Red Baron

Thunderchild Bass (from War of the Worlds)

Very sweet. The tiger-zebra is way cool, though I would not want one. I'm a bit a traditionalist.

In some ways yes , although I haven't yet made a personal bond with it
With my surname being Law and the guitar having I AM THE LAW inlaid in the fingerboard
the last 8 frets will have a gentle scallop on them

That whooshing sound you hear in the background is the members of Steel Panther having multiple, furious orgasms.

Very Steel Panther indeed
I am just about to sell this body on it's own (as the guitar didn't sell  :( )

It's a Jackson USA strat body (San Dimas era) that Nick Airbrushed
I intend to use the neck on another - maybe Steel Panther inspired guitar , as I realise that I would prefer a guitar that is 100% Feline rather a hybrid (as nice as it was - had Miracle Man and Trilogy pickups, although I have taken these off now)
