yes I agree with you all mostly, I also just found out they are releasing an OR15! I'm very tempted to pre-order one now

Now if there was british (or generally point to point) version of that, IŽd  be tempted. But after going from the TT to the TT hardwired I am hesitant to going back to chinese made amps.
Not that the difference was night and day, but it was there, noticable to me (did blind tests and all).

Sides that for my tunings 50w would be better I guess.
BKPs in use: 10th set / RY set / Holy Diver b, Emerald n / Crawler bridge, Slowhand mid MQ neck/ Manhattan n
On the sidelines: Stockholm b / Suppermassive n, Mule n, AM set, IT mid

I just wish I had some mates who owned that amp so I could hear it in real life instead of youtube @poop deck quality; maybe they will release the OR15 and then later the hard wired one like they did with the terror?

What bothers me here is that they're doing it wrong and they know they're doing it wrong. Pairing a mid gain preamp with a solid state power amp just isn't going to produce an end result that is on par with the rest of the series. Solid state power amps do well when you want a power section that doesn't intrude on the preamp sound much, high gain and cleans mostly. An ECC99(which is specced very close to power valves) in push-pull would pair much better and satisfy the low wattage market, but would be more expensive for that section alone. This is a product that fills a financial bracket, not a particular size/wattage need and is trying to obtain sales based on the success of the Terror name. They could have made better choices here. Blackstar's small offerings(which have been out for some time now) are using solid state where it's least important to produce an affordable product.
