2 humbuckers, 1 volume, 1 tone 3 way switch

Hey guys, I'm trying to install nailbombs into a prs se, the pups I removed only had two wires per pup, and the nailbombs have 5.  The schematics on the BK site don't account for my situation, can any provide me with schematics for this situation.
