Why not approach a local garage - they're bound to have a flame torch you could use, or they would use for you for a negligible fee. Don't see why it wouldn't work on existing hardware.
On tuning pegs, you're either gonna melt the plastic buttons (if it has them), or make the lubricating grease run out (could squirt more in though, depending on the tuner). Personally, I think trying to scorch tuning pegs is doomed to failure. Can't see why the bridge and stopbar can't be done though.
