Any Advice on Stockholm Humbuckers
« on: August 18, 2012, 07:17:02 AM »
Has anyone played though a set of Stockholm Humbucker P-90s?  Just wondering what sort of sound/feel/tone they give you.  Just wondering.  I play a lot of metal, and was just wondering if the would be right for that type of music.  Haven't heard a lot of talk on here about them.

Little reviews on the Stockholms here, but looking at the specs it should be more then capable doing metal.
Mules, VHII, Crawler, MM's, IT's, BG50's.

I have a 'hot wound' MQ fromback when BKP did custom requests - mine is stock neck and 10k bridge.  It turns down very well from the guitar and has just enough poke for my needs.

I'd like to try the Stockholm as well one day, but it would merely be to scratch that itch and nothing more.
