The Teisco one is brilliant. I also like the Vandenberg one Dave posted.

Some more I've been taken with - the Yamaha samurai headstock:

And also the Kramer banana

But still the Musicman Stingray/Sabre headstock is my favourite..

I've always liked the Epiphone batwing headstock:

Quite like this one.
It wasn't a mistake, it was chromaticism, I swear.

I really like the Parker headstocks. Simple, yet stylish! :D

Interesting the ones Wez posted - I was trying to find a good pic of the Dan Armstrong last night, and I also really like those Teisco, Peavey and Schecter ones.  They're obviously Fender influenced but the more angular lines make them look a bit more macho.
BKPs I've Got:  RR, BKP-91, ITs, VHII, CS set, Emeralds
BKPs I Had:  RY+Abraxas, Crawlers, BD+SM

OK, no-one else is going to say it, but I do really like the PRS headstock shape.

Can't say the same about the Santana version, though....

I was rather fond of older 70s BC Rich headstocks and I liked the late 80s pointy ones on some models - USA shape  rather than the Jap and Korean ones)

I also liked the early mid 80s pointy Charvel and Jackson headstocks

One of my all time favourites has to be the 70s Ibanez Iceman headstock  - the 3 a side one

Anyone see the Monteleone piece of Knopfler guitars? Some pretty wild headstocks there..

Wow, I've never seen that Yamaha samurai headstock before, it looks really good! I'm also a really big fan of that reversed USA BC Rich headstock, it's very cool without being too pointy.

I'm  a really big fan of this Ibanez ADJ headstock, but they only used it for one year, which is a shame.

Wouldn't mind getting my hands on one of the 2008 ADJs either, they're a pretty nifty guitar, one even had a trem.

They used it on the SZRs too, apparently, but they're not quite at quirky as the ADRs to me.  :P

I very much like this one. Though I can't find a good front pic of it that shows the shape as well as this rear:
