Split buckers
« on: April 06, 2013, 09:45:30 PM »
I've recently had my RY equipped guitar re-wired with push-pull tone pots for coil splitting. Would I be correct in saying that the bridge will split to have somewhere around the output of a BK vintage Tele pup whereas the neck split will be lower in output than any neck single coil produced by BK ?

I love the extra tones (the bridge split sounds fantastic) but the neck split seems somewhat underpowered compared to the bridge.

Thoughts ?
