Hey, guys - I'm thinking of getting some of these to diagnose a microphonic issue that I seem to be having with my Egnater Renegade.  HotRox grades them as tested, premium tested and V1/PI tested.

Any idea what difference the gradings will make?

They just try a load and see which is the quietest and mark the prices up accordingly.

I personally wouldn't bother spending the extra money as Hotrox will accept returns on anything that isn't working as expected when it arrives.
