Just found this.  I can help!  If you guys still are out there?  I have been selling this sustainer to Jackson for years (it was developed with Floyd Rose, Steve Moore and myself).  I have transformers, I can have boards (but have to wait until the next order from Jackson).  Also, we are to introduce a new sustainer: Hard Driver (more drive, simpler and easier to install).  It is being developed with my new partner Schuyler Duryee and Steve Moore (in conjunction with EMG).  Email me if you still need a transformer.  Thanks!  Rick Knotts (Duryee Knotts LLC).

Hello Rick, I have a similar transformer problem, but mine is a Fernandes FSK 401... the sustainer itself is working whitout it, but with sustainer off, the sustainer driver not work as a pickup, so i think that's a sort of step up transformer. I don't know the similarities between the two circuits, but probably you know something about... any help will be welcome!
