Pickup recommendations for old-school Korn tone

Hi,

Im looking to upgrade to BKPs and cant decide which ones to choose. I also asked their sales (havent responded yet), but curious to see what you guys have to say.
Im aiming for the old school Korn tone, specifically in this video at 0:20-0:24 you can hear how the guitar tone is different and shrill at first then changes a moment later into the much tighter gnarly one: https://www.dailymotion.com/video/xbp57

I want more of the latter and less of the former. I understand its an old video recorded through a camera mic and that tone hugely depends on the amps/cabs, but just want to make sure i have the optimal setup on the guitar end.
Btw if you have relevant experience with their specific tone, could you recommend what amp/cabs to use, i think im seeing a Mesa Mark IV there in the background.

My questions are as follows:
1) Alnico or ceramic? (im leaning to ceramic)
2) The Aftermath set is recommended for nu-metal on its product page but it has less bass response than the Warpigs. Is that good or bad in the context of the tone i want? From the sound samples i actually liked the Aftermath more, but not sure how it would translate into my rig.
3) Korn used to play Dimarzio Blaze pups and now use PAF 7s. What are the differences/similarities between those and BKPs? Are they mutually exclusive or can i still get a similar sound or even better one with BKPs?

My rig is Ibanez RG7421XL and Mooer GE200 amp modeler and i play through headphones only, no cabs/speakers at home, and through the PA in a rented rehearsal room, so all my tone that i can control is in the guitar+modeler at this point.
I plan to either get a tube amp or a better modeler like the AxeFx III in the future. I swapped the stock pups for Instrumental Sfty3 7 bridge and SD Black Widow neck, but i think ive made a mistake and shouldve gone for BKPs instead.
I also want to get another 7 string Ibanez from their Prestige line like the RGD4327 and change the pups to BKP as the stock Dimarzios arent good on that one, so i guess the question 4 would be:
4) Am i missing the mark here going for these modern guitars and pups designed for modern djenty/prog ultra crisp tones and should i instead just use whatever Korn used to get that tone or it doesnt matter that much as long as i have good enough pickups and the secret is all in the dist/amp/cabs?

1. Really depends on the pickup
2. Aftermath is a very edgy pup, with some natural bass cut and a ton of mids. I liked it better for tighter modern thrash stuff, like Exodus or something.
3.I don't think there's any bkp model like those, but from spec, I'd relate the blaze to the ragnarok or miracle man, and the PAF 7 to an impulse, maybe the vhII. BUT, but the most korn-sounding bkp to my ears were both alnico and ceramic nailbombs, but I did not tune that low to make a claim on it. I remember the miracle man sounding really good on drop A (and matches ibanez rg's really well), and also similar to old school korn.
