Hi,

I'm looking to build a telecaster this year, and want to get as close as possible to the led zeppelin first album,

what pickups do you think would come closest?

I’ve used the Boss, which I dug as a rock pickup, but probably wouldn’t be your best choice.

The Yardbird is an interesting pickup on paper.  Hopefully a user of that will chime in!

Best wishes in the search.
