Need help on tele 4 way wiring!

i found very detailed wiring instructions on the net for this but i stiil don't understand completly, where would i put the wire leading from the lug?
Btw, thanks for the pickups bk, not sure how the sound yet, but the sure smell good!

Explain ? Lug?
Do you mean the modification to the neckpickup where you disconnect the metalcover from the black lead of the pickupand put a separate wire fromit to the back of the volume pot so that the metal cover is properly earthed even though the earth(black) wire of the neck picup becomes the link to theother coil for the humbucker position on the switch

The second one, i went ahead and did what you just told me, hope it works! thanks. i have another problem though, my ashtray cover thing for my vintage telebridge is a really loose fit, how do i fix this?
