Firstly, I apologise if selling stuff is prohibted on here. If so, kindly accept my apologies and close the thread. Not a problem at all.
I have a Telecaster project body and neck for sale in case anyone is interested. I've had them for about a year and never got round to doing anything with it for various reasons and now funds are lacking, I'm saving for deposits and I have a holiday to pay for so I've decided to sell and maybe buy a cheaper Tele to do up with the rest of the parts later on this year.

BODY: Solid ash, beautiful flamed maple top and a tobacco sunburst finish. In perfect condition apart from a 1-2cm nick on the back which happened during the original posting. It's not very noticeable at all as it's only shallow and on the black part of the burst... and it's on the back so nobody would see.
Routed for standard Tele setup, ie, two singlecoil pickups, fixed bridge and the long Tele control plate.
NECK: Solid maple neck with a smooth maple fretboard, fits the neck pocket on the body perfectly - a nice snug fit.
Neck has a clear satin finish, 'C' shape profile, 21 frets, fits the body's neck pocket perfectly... 25-1/2" scale length, 9-1/2" radius, 1-11/16" nut and 2-3/16" heel.

PRICES: I'd hope for about
£120-130 for the body and
£75-85 for the neck. Postage would be courier (so that's about £15-20 a piece and roughly the same for the pair. The neck isn't too heavy but I'd hate it to get damaged... and the body is quite heavy... well, as heavy as Tele's go.
Ideal scenario as far as I'm concerned would be around £200 for the pair and someone to collect them in person. I could travel to, say, Liverpool or Manchester and that way you don't have to worry about postage... we all know how "delicate" some postmen/couriers can be.
COLLECTION WOULD BE BEST ADVISED IF YOU WERE CLOSE ENOUGH!!
WILL LISTEN TO SENSIBILE OFFERS!!Only really selling to the UK as postage elsewhere would be pricey but I suppose I'd consider it.
If anyone is interested in both/either bits, either reply here or drop me an email at
captain_stubert@yahoo.co.ukThanks for looking, again - hope this isn't out of line.
