I've gone for the Abraxas neck and Rebel Yell bridge. Tim told me that my guitar would handle the Cold Sweat, but his comment about the RY was "it's awesome, brighter and tighter than the Crawler". That swung it!
I'm really interested to hear how this worked out. When I was choosing BKPs for my LP, I had also picked the Santana-esque vibe of the Abraxas/Crawler neckl as a touchstone, but wobbling around with various "medium hot" bridge choices before following Tim's recommendation to the Crawler bridge. I distinctly wanted something that was not
too tight and bright, so the Crawler was right for me -- but the Rebel Yell demos sound fantastic, I'm interested to hear more of it (you know, just in case, someday, I have some more guitars .... :))
