ahahah OK, no problem, gonna make a new one, with another defleshed song, an EVEN  MORE BRUTAL song .
i want to see the HEAVIER THAN HELL COments on the 5150 SOUND.

Great playing as always, I agree with the previous comment about how loose your playing looks (but sounds controlled and tight).

The 5150 has a really good tone - I always think of grindcore bands when I hear a 5150 used in anger, they just have 'that' tone (brutal).

I think you'd really dig the Miracle Man from what I've heard of your playing -  the Warpig works better for doom and other slower/downtuned metal styles.

Whoa!!! THAT WAS F****** BRUTAL!!!

Are you sure you need new pickups? You already sound great with your setup. 8) However, I agree with HTH - if you do buy BKP's some time, you might want to get a Miracle Man set. I think you should have at least one guitar that sounds as tight as a nut.

Hhahahahah No $%&#gin Problems Johnny Boy! Q:p
My mother used to call me Johnny Boy when i was younger.
she and my father lived in usa 20 years AGO.
well, i´m completely avaliable ()me , my riffs, ideas and ideology) to move from brazil to another country, to play
whatever i can Manage to play technically and musically.
if it´s well done, compromissed and the other band members can ACTUALLY play their instruments PROPERLY. a thing that it´s never to be acchieved here IN MY CITY.
thats the reason i left and /or quited ALL my bands. Past and present.

$%&#gin Thank´s for the kudos Heavier than hell, i extremelly consider your comments, because i heard yoru clips, and im kinda think we  have the same tonal ideas, regarding amp eq´s and distortion
thats an excellent thing to have a clip reviewed from you
$%&#gin Thank´s
but i kinda disagree(or, should i say.. i don´t have enough arguments to form my own opinion on BKP pickups) on the right pickup.. i think a Nailbomb will do the trick for me. Nailbomb neck AND BRIDGE.
Q:(
what do you say? my only fear is.. : do the nailbomb has enbough tightness in the bass for my tastes?
cause i just loved the highs and Middles.

JP get a MM! Take no notice of my MM clips because I think I've had my amp set up wrong!

On each of my gain channels there are Mid Shift switches. There position down is off or flat and there up position is + or boost. I think this is how it is? On my clean channel there is a 3 position switch. In the middle is flat, down is - and up is +. The middle position flat icon is the same as the gain channels mid shift icon in it's down position. See blurry pic!

I always recorded my clips with the mid shift switches in there + position. This may be why to your ears that my EQ sounded wrong!

Sorry to Hijack your post 'Johnny Boy'!!

I think you should move to Europe or the USA and look for the band you should be in there.

What else can you do to feed yourself at the moment? To make this work JP you are going to have to live 'hand to mouth' for a while but the only way it's going to happen is for you to leave where you live now and get out there and make it happen.

Here's a line I read a while back regarding making it happen from John 5, Marilyn Masons's ex guitarist. It went something like 'Do something every day to promote yourself as a guitarist and break into the music industry. Even if it's only one phone call or one email it's more than doing nothing and waiting for it to come to you' (I'm not too sure of the exact words)
All careers and jobs are like this to more or a lesser degree JP. Believe in yourself to keep positive and focused, keep up the practise and do something every day to get your presence felt!

By the way London is mega expensive and will leave you feeling bewildered! Get some money and a gigging band before you turn up here!

$%&#gin Hails John, thank´s for the Unholy Support.
i´ll really think about it. i´ll wait until i finish the University, and see if i can get a $%&#gin job or not. then, i´ll decide what to do.

i think you should forget for a moment your EXTRA buttons and switches, OR, at least, leave them in the middle, (12:00 o clock position)
and try to start with the buttons FROM 0, and raising them up and see the difference.
Of course, at a 2, or 3 Output volume will be a noticiable difference.
i´m sayign that because of my 5150. It took me some time(i´m still taking a time to EQ it YET) to figure out and get my ears used to a tube amp sound.
ahahahahahahahahaha
thats my advice, but i know you have a monster at home. more distortion than my 5150, for sure.

Hey there I'm listening now. The ony slight problem with the sound is that the camera's mic appears to be distorting a little, giving you too much topend on the video. Is there anyway you can send a little mic to a small mixer, and the outs on that to the camcorder? Might get a better sound.

Other than that it rocks and you're a great player. I nearly said you've got balls, but in those shorts..

thanks man

I've been promising it for ages, but I really will have to post a clip with my Miracle Man in the Les Paul using the Randall head.

From what I hear, the Nailbomb is brighter with more of a mid/treble focus than the Miracle Man.  For my own tastes it doesn't sound like something I would be into.

The Miracle Man works great for me with an MXR Dist+ providing an extra bit of gain a-la Dimebag.
