I could watch Rusty play all day. I still get that tingle down my spine like when I first heard Dream Theater.

So what tuning would you use with a 8 string?

There are two polular options for tuning an 8 string. One is normal 6 string tuning with an additional high A and a low B. Also there those who tune with an additional low B and a low F#.
