Singles for a Ibanez

Have a mahogany bodied Ibanez sas36fm is HSS, have a nailbomb in bridge...need 2 singles(may get two rewound) problem is put 2 irish tour in but are way too bass heavy for this guitar want something brighter less bass heavey, already have apaches in other guitar so not them....something strat ish but a bit hotter..and as I say not very bassy.....sorry rambling...any ideas

so simply, need a middle and meck brighter singles than ITour(but not apaches)...to work in a mahogany bodied ibanez

Slowhands?  Might still be a bit thick if they're based on Clapton's mid-boosted tone.  Mothers Milks could well be what you're looking for?
