lol, it was a slightly Pete Townshend moment (i put my back out doing this a couple months back) was jumping on my bed playing guitar - bare with me - and as i finished the song i was playing (think it was won't get fooled again) i jumped off my bed, and played a slightly harder-than-usual A chord, and it snapped the top string, which then took half the bridge with it, and a couple months ago when i screwed up me back, my strap slipped up to my neck, and it kinda screwed it up a touch :?

What is your guitar??? maybe it's more to do with that? anyway, get some George L leads and it'll get rid of ground hum forever.

how can it be more to do with my guitar that the electronics in my guitar?? i had pretty much everything between the strings and the jack changed, and thas when it started humming
