Plek machine guitar setup

Has anyone had their guitar set up on a Plek machine?

Can't really comment, but I know that all new Gibson Custom Shop guitars are Plek'd.  It's supposed to be a great thing, although I've never played a plek'd guitar.

based on this, if anyone has recently bought a new Gibson custom shop guitar, i'd be keen to hear what you think about the stock action.

for those that have had a guitar plek'd, i'm also keen to know what parameters can be controlled in the setup. i.e. do you just need to know what sort of action you are after and off they go or does a noobie like me need to be armed with a bit more info when i walk in to the shop?
