Seven-string and Ceramic Options
« on: December 03, 2006, 08:02:52 PM »
Ok, so I've decided on ordering a set of Warpigs for my Ibanez 1527.  For some reason my grandmother only wants to order through some place in the U.S. (the closest being PedalGeek in New York. The only kind of Warpigs I see on their site is a set of the worn covered ones. I want a calibrated, ceramic, seven-string, open set with Ibanez Edge Pro 7 spacing (I'm guessing 53mm?). At the BKP store section, I don't know how to specify the ceramic and seven-string part. Please help.[/b]

Firstly, for seven string pickups you can only get them uncovered.
For ordering through the website I think there is a notes textbox to enter additional information so you can order a standard warpig set then in the notes field you can say you want ceramic pups for a seven string guitar. I have recently got a ceramic warpig set for a seven string but I phoned Tim for my order.
I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong?
MM set, warpig set, about to be fitted - custom 7 bridge 'pig, CS7 neck.

Yeah.. she's the one who got me my Mesa Boogie(s), EMGs (before I was enlightened), and this new Ibanez. She's great.. but it seems as though my mom's trying to sabotage my Christmas!!!! She's complaining that my grandma is spending unfairly on me.. what can I say though?
