Aged Covers......
« on: December 03, 2006, 06:24:37 PM »
I'm going to replace the pickups on my Historic ES335. They have tarnished, and I would like to keep that look, but I don't want rust and damaged screws.  Can someone who has the aged covers, post a picture or describe the amount of tarnish.
Bit vague, I know, but thanks to anyone who cares to reply.

Wayne.

Take a look at this

It is my 335 with aged Stormy Mondays.
So many pickups, so little time

Thanks for the replies, I think the aged Nickel version will suit the rest of the metalwork on the guitar best, which is lightly tarnished.
I can't wait to get started, but I've got to finish my Les Paul first, but that's another story.
Cheers.
