new pups for my Bich
« on: December 12, 2006, 06:34:14 PM »
hello, I've got a BC Rich Bich with these specs:

- 2 humbuckers
- Passive electronics
- Neck-thru construction
- Mahogany neck and bodywings
- Ebony fingerboard
- Kahler 2315 flatmount tremolo

I'd like to replace both the bridge and neck humbuckers with a pair of Bareknuckles.  I play old-school metal like Mercyful Fate, Judas Priest, Megadeth, Slayer, Accept, Venom, and Candlemass.  I basically need clean to chunky crunch to searing lead.  any suggestions?

I use modded Marshall 1959SLP and 2203 half-stacks.  I like that old-school metal tone, NOT the modern zero-mid/compressed stuff.  thanks

Davey
