No middle pickup, just gets in the way. As for the bigsby why not try a stetsbar? It gives the same amount of whammy stuff without modding the guitar, just whack it in and if you don't like it pull it out no harm done!

Be prepared for a tone and sustain change if you fit the Bigsby! LPs should be hard tail.

I'd leave this one as it is and use the money to buy a second hand acoustic   8)
Advice worth what you just paid for it.

I'd go as far as a Bigsby. Anything more and I'll cry :(

No to both for me im afraid its a great looking guitar without mods I think there is too much clutter with the bigsby just my opinion though. Play it for a while and see how you like it.

A middle-pu: no. Bigbsy, well yes, but prepare for tuning-issues. Had two guitars with (licensed) Bigsby's and sold them cause always tuningtroubles, even after modding hardware. Could just be my bad luck.

Les Paul with a trem = tuning problems, the angle the strings leave the nut to the tuners leaves no doubt.

Yeah I think I'm gonna leave it original spec.

Here's a pic of it in action my singer playing it... looks far more better than a pic of me playing it.

Yep I'm with Keith, more pics of the singer! Full frontal nudity if you have them.

While I am not that much against a middle pickup, I really don't see the guitar benefitting from a Bigsby, but it's really totally down your taste.

If you want vibrato sounds you could always just get a Whammy Pedal.
