Black Dog's LP copy

I've finally gotten round to doing a bit of recording - this is part of a tune that I'm gonna run past my band as a new one to do.  the clean (as clean as i do) part is the neck - all the rest is bridge.

Go easy on me!

great debut clip, I like the mix, only heard it through headphones so I can't judge on that properly.

I like it.

Nice tone there. What's the amp?

Your timing however could be tighter, might be the monitoring situation, that the guitar was too loud and you couldn't hear the beat (happens to me all the time haha)

Sloppy playing is because it was just a 1 take job it was getting late & i was never intending it to be heard by anyone but my band! it was actually recorded with my tone port (due to the time of day) i might re record it with my proper amp. although this was as close to my normal amp as i could tweak. it is the 68 Marshall plexi with the inputs jumpered & on the louder bits there is a tube screamer in front.

I have a 76 JMP 50 with a DOD 250 for more gain for playing outside of my spare room which i'm dying to record!
