ahhh...the deep south dialect around these parts in the lower USA defines a "ned" as a little kid...snotty nosed little dude-glad to see the alternate meaning(we do not have an urban dictionary in these parts..most around me cannot read !!)

Hey I have enough problems where I have to live in London cos I cant read Polish or Arabic.

Unfortunitely it seems that the ability to read is becoming less common in the western societys.

I'm just glad to see a kid rocking out, and doing something worthwhile.
