Not that many amps I want now. Rather I need to get rid of some as all I play is my VH100R.

If I was getting an amp I'd want

Ceriatone 2204, 1987 or the 18W
Matamp Little Rock
Laney Protube AOR50

I'd love an Engl Powerball, and considering a 5150 at the moment.

I'll probably end up getting a JCM800 though, will have to try em out and see what I like the best.

AOR30 and JCM800 2205. All my amps do the hot rodded Marshall thing and I like the VH the best. I'm still not sure about selling though they all sound different and I know I will regret it!

I've got GAS for my old '67 plexi - I want it back damnnit!!!

You sold the SuperBass?????   :o

nah, I've still got the '76 Superbass - was playing through it earlier on, sounds great.

I used to have a real-deal '67 plexi and it sounded SO good it just made you want to cry.  Unfortunately, at the time of selling I was in a bad financial state and I got an offer too good to knock back.

I'm in the mood for a '65 Twin Reverb right about now.

I'd agree with the above, a nice '65 Twin would do me nicely.

Twins are gorgeous, but LOUD.  You can get most of that tone at a lower volume with a Pro Reverb or (even better) a Deluxe Reverb.

I'm considering upgrading to an ENGL Screamer.
Really I'm just after a smaller valve head with channel switching and no blurring of notes when I play fast.
My current amp is an Indie IT-70 which is like a cheaper Marshall AVT and gives a nice, if indistinct, sound.
I too use chicken as a measurement.
