Best Octave Fuzz pedal
« on: October 10, 2008, 07:54:01 PM »
I'm looking for a top quality Octave Fuzz pedal - going through a major Hendrix phase at the moment and am looking out for something that will get me all fuzzed up.

Any suggestions?
I think I hate being indecisive.

I really like the HomeBrew Electronics U.F.O (Ultimate Fuzz Octave) myself.

1 thing I like about it is that it has a selector for vintage or modern fuzz, and also that the octave is switchable on/off at anytime
Selling lots of gear, enquire within!......

you can order the byoc pedals pre-made at a little extra cost.  i have a couple and the build quality is excellent.  some might say it defeats the purpose of getting a kit, but i would never have got the damn thing put together!

Another vote for the HBE UFO here. . .the Fulltone Ultimate octave is very good too.

I'd suggest a Foxx Tone Machine, it's been reissued and there's also a lot of clones about

If it's good enough for Billy Gibbons .....
