With george Ls, personally, i don't think i'll be using them- i prefer my connections to be soldered!

Oh, and are there different versions of them? Which are the best?

Looks like the artist series is the best line. The purple ones. They seem to be the most expensive.

Pete Cornish all the way lads!
If they are good enough for the likes of Maiden, Zeppelin and Dave Gilmour, then they are good enough for me!!!

I have used so many brands...Guitar cables will always deteriorate at some point. If i would have the Planet Waves for free...i would not try to find something else.Anyway, the main thing is to replace them regularly.Even the best will deteriorate... :(

My 6m Vovox is the best I ever played, also very flexible and nice to touch. Expensive but I think it will last forever. Note: It's directional, always plug in so that the signal flows towards the Vovox badge.

People have different preferences. I tried George Ls, some like them, I find them trebly (Ok for use in a loop but not before the amp for me). Others like Monster or other hi-end brands, for me the Vovox has overall punch, good treble, bass and 3D-depth.

Do you hear any difference when using it in the opposite direction? Laboga cables - very nice brand - are also marketed as 'directional', which is probably nonsense - it's AC...

I use the ones the guy at Award Session sells.  Neutrik jacks and decent quality cable.  Reasonably priced too.

That's whan I'm not using the wireless of course  ;)
