Tone?
Chops?
Melody?

Yes, please!

Ben, I'd never have guessed from watching you play that you cared about such things.   PDT_008  PDT_004  PDT_002

Extreme WAS great, and I would love to hear Nuno make more music in that style, but the man has had a stream of other amazing bands since Extreme (The Mourning Widows, NUNO, Population 1, The Dramagods).

He does some very cool stuff on Perry Farrell's Satellite Party album, too!  :D
BKPs I've Got:  RR, BKP-91, ITs, VHII, CS set, Emeralds
BKPs I Had:  RY+Abraxas, Crawlers, BD+SM

I dunno if this will work I mean will their music really fit in these days or will it sound like some old throwback shitee? to be honest the music was pretty gay back then, the only cool thing about Extreme was Nuno's cool playing and his playing has changed so much since.
I don't feel that positive about this when old bands make comebacks its always pretty lame unless youre a die hard original fan.

Maidens comeback owns, and 3 great albums have come out of it.

About relevancey - theres no good rock in the charts or anything all you hear at pubs and stuff is either indie/emo stuff or hardcore stuff. We do the whole funky rocking thing liek Extreme, and the crowd seem to like it, so I think its a good time for a comeback.
Buy the ticket, take the ride.

Heh, I KNEW you would chime in after I posted that!

If you really wanna get obscure, how about Nuno's playing on Ahmed/Dweezil's project, Z?

VERY debatable, but I wanna keep this thread on topic.

Good one!  And Dweezil and Nuno were a great double-act on Dweezil's Confessions album ("No dude, don't say that!").  I must go and listen to that now...
