SoZos for tone control.....
« on: November 28, 2007, 03:43:08 PM »
I'm installing these two in my LP:

I've used a capacitance meter and I've picked htese: 19.2 nF for the neck and 21.4 nF for the bridge. For the neck I've used two 10 n units in  parallel and a single  unit for the bridge.

I'm installed some SoZos already in my strat with apaches  with great results. In the Strat the 47 nF SoZo sounds huge. I keep using the tone knob all the time now; before I found the Hovland guitarcap too hi-fi.

Can't wait to try these properly in the LP...
