It is - spoke to them about it earlier  ;)

It's a quilt top though, so I've passed.  I wonder if it's the one that I played in Manchester recently and they've moved it to the Leeds store?   :?:

Ok sorry if I was being the source of mis-info. I admit I can't remember if it was a flame or a quilt, but either way the pattern wasn't that strong I think. Not a nasty tacky quilt as some.

I only spoke to them on the phone, so I've no idea what that particular guitar is like...

OK, sorry to bump up an old thread but I went to Musicground and saw the Signature LP again, and guess what? It wasn't a quilt, it was a flame, so I was right! MG talks rubbish once again!

Took some pics for you guys if still interested:

mmm to be honest MG doesn't shift their guitars very quickly. Like many shops they probably depend on selling lots of starter kits. There are some nice Tokais etc that has been there for years. Usually it's because they are at least 20% overpriced compared to other shops on everything they sell. They are usually willing to haggle though. I reckon you could get that LP for £450.

Wow that Signature in music ground looks really really nice.

Annoying thing is, I have next to no money now after a christmas blowout on some much needed other sutff.

But will be getting a job soon, so am definitely still on the lookout for a guitar. Just a bit more long-term.

Nick that Bacchus is positively STUNNING!  :o That's exactly the kinda thing I would go for.

And...
