Nailbombs -> Blackstar HT Dual -> Orange GRO100

Here's some wankey guitar noodling to give an idea of the sound of my Nailbombs through my new Blackstar pedal - not sure that Cakewalk got it entirely right; it sounds far better with my head next to the 4x12!

Ambient miking, about 4' away from the cab, no FX except for a little reverb on the crunchy rhythm track.

The rhythm part is played on the bridge Nailbomb through the crunch channel on the Blackstar with the gain set to 10 o'clock.  The first solo is the neck Nailbomb on the same channel with the gain turned up to 11 o'clock.  The second solo is bridge Nailbomb through the gain channel, with the gain set between 1 and 2 o'clock.

There's loads more gain to be had if required, but the Nailbombs push the box pretty hard as it is!!!

Mark.

Has a sort of Carlos Santana/Peter Green-era Fleetwood Mac feel to it.

Nice.
I too use chicken as a measurement.

I had to learn this song for improv at College, it's a great backing to jam over, this sounds great!

WOW!!!!!

Those harmonics, they sing!

Excellent, eager to hear your next earcandy recording.

The way you hold back a little here and there to give the track a bit of a 'blue' mood, just smashing man.
