Raw nickel is new but not polished, the Warpig/MQ set are raw nickel.
Aged nickel is actually made to look old, so you will see lighter lines where the strings were. The picture with 3 pickups shows an old 1960's Gibson cover at the top, and a pair of unpotted AII Stormy Monday's below.
They both look very similar in the photo, but there is no wear or tarnish on the raw nickel. They are more of a brushed finish.
Unpotted is the way that Gibson used to make the pickups in the 50's and 60's, though BK do pot the magnet to help prevent squeal. Potted was done to stop pickups squealing with high gain. I think that there is a slightly more open tone to the unpotted, but you would really need to run a blind test with the same guitar and amp to prove it! I don't have any squeal problems with my unpotted Stormy Mondays and they are in a 335.
