11. Bonuspoint: Do you happen to realise that you have acquired two pieces of the same gear from time to time?

Do you get extra points for deliberately getting 2 (or more)?

I bought a second  Boss DF2's because they stopped making them!

Does a phase 90 & phase 100 count as the same gear?  What about a Hendrix Wah, a regular wah, a variable Q wah.  What about a blackface Princeton Reverb, a hot rodded Princeton reverb and a Princeton Reverb II?  See where I'm going with this, I could also look at guitars,  do 57,60, 63, 64 & reissue 57 Strats all count as a Strat?

I know I have GAS because when I walk past a guitar shop I have to go in (even if there was nothing about guitars on my wanted list!).  There might be something I spot that I need.

I'm pretty anal on old parts too - I can spend hours going throuh a parts bin to see if there is something I might need.
So many pickups, so little time

i'm a 3 too  8)  I concentrate more on my playing than on gear surprisingly enough... though i really have no money to spend on gear anyways so i can't facilitate any GAS, it all kind of builds up inside and gets real uncomfortable at times

Hmm.  Well I have both a Korean and an English Marshall Guv'nor, does that count?

Plus I own two 1987 RG550s in Road Flare Red?

Plus one RG20th in RFR and one in Desert Yellow?

I guess all that counts

If I had the money, I'd buy two of one guitar, so they could have different tuning, and possible different pickups but I'd still love the guitar!

It's Japanese Ibanez! I respect you more!

Road Flare Red 1987 Ibanez RG550 is awesome on its own, but two is double trouble ;)!

Still got the RG770 DX?

I had it up for £350 a few months back with no takers!  Couldn't believe it.

A nice red one sold on eBay recently for £400.

Go figure.....
