Top Gun theme does not lie :P I guess the Rebel Yell is more for the cheesy side of 80s whilst the Holy Diver is more metal though..

OK, it's not really 80s, and actually I should post a pic of Gary Moore's white Charvel, but at the moment I want so bad one of these to put a Holy Diver in:

Oh, the guitar? It seems to be based on Robbin Crosby's "Robbin-bird" Jacksons, doesn't it? I never thought the body shape looked quite right converted into a super-"strat".

Slash had a couple of those Jackson Firebirds before he got onto Les Pauls. i think you see him with one on the inner sleeve of either Appetite For Destruction or Lies. you can also see him with a BC Rich Warlock, another eighties metal axe!
