I couldn't find any prices for the trolley that Jonathan mentioned but I got one of these about a month ago and it's absolutely brilliant -

Completely solves the 'one trip from the car' problem as well as saving the strain on my back.

Whatever trolley you use, you will also need one of these to stop everything falling off:

Around £50 for the lot. The other trolley looks better quality but the straps keep everyhing nice and firm. Also doubles as an amp stand at gigs.

Stairs are a bit of a problem but we only rehearse in studios that have rooms on the ground floor.
