watched 500 Days of Summer & Zack & Miri make a porno the last couple of days. Z&M was laugh out loud funny, whereas 500 is a gentle comedy . Joesph Gordon-Levitt is swiftly becoming one of my favourite actors

(what's with the spelling?)

There's an Italian war film called Inglorious bar-stewards which he took the name from, as far as I'm aware.

There is, and he's a big fan.  Still don't know why he changed the spelling, though.

I guess copyright reasons as it's not strictly a remake?

Watched Sherlock Holmes at the weekend, was surprisingly good fun.

I need to get that when it comes out on DVD as my mates in it.  He's a prisoner...... he was also a tramp in Eastenders
Advice worth what you just paid for it.

Just watched Looking for Eric. Great film and recommended :D Was a bit dubious as I thought it might be too football orientated but it isn't really.. worth a watch.

edit - and I've just watched Planet Terror. What an awesome film

I saw The Book of Eli today.  I enjoyed.  nothing like a post-apocalyptic dystopian wasteland to brighten your day :)

Picked up a copy of Moon on Bluray while was out.  just finished watching that.  That was really good.  Kind of reminded my a bit of the sci-fi classic Silent Running.  I really recommend that one :)

I'm off to see The Road on Wednesday. I may go to see The Book of Eli later in the week.
I think I hate being indecisive.

not a good move, if i can say it... :)

unless you hate to see good people doing good things and bad people being definitely bad. there's plenty of it, but epic movies/novels should be like this, in my opinion... i wouldn't have liked LOTR more if gandalf betrayed the others for money, sam became heroin addicted and frodo used the ring to get invisible and molest children after eating gollum alive.
but many people would, i know. ;)

And The Mummy Returns was on earlier that evening!

What's on now?  Oh!  The World Is Not Enough!

I watched Serenity last night.   Why does everything on ITV4 look like they transferred it to VHS before broadcasting it?
