What do coil split warpigs sound like?

will they be able to pull off indie/surfer strat-ish tones? I want some nice warm singlecoil tonez close to the band Metric. Obviously the warpig wont do this outright, but as long as i get close to warm singlecoil tones to hold me off from buying a jazzmaster for a while. :)

Mine gave quite a fat single coil tone so yes, I think it'll do what you want  :)

thanks man :). I love fat single coils... it really bugs me when theyre thin and tinny sounding... thus the jazzmaster gas hahaha.
