Thanks for all the comments guys, I'm in love with this thing. I like the way the bridge turned out too. I was going to respray it black like it was originally but as I was sanding it down I got that cool "worn around the edges effect" so I kept it. There would have been too much black if I painted it anyway.
im gonna have to do me one a dems. looks sick man, i assume some BKPs are goin up in that thing?
EDIT: how much did that thing run for final price on the bay? I actually might want to try this, this summer!

Eventually. I think I'm aiming for some distressed Painkillers to tighten and brighten things up with the body being made of solid mahogany. I just need to get around to selling some gear I don't use.
I got the guitar for $445 USD shipped. I probably put in around $100 in parts and supplies to fix it up but it was well worth it. If you're looking for this exact model you'll have a tough time. There were only 12 sent to North America and I'm not sure how many, if at all, were sent to the UK. You'd have an easier time finding an rg7621 or rg7421 in a different finish or if you're into trems the rg7620 or rg7420. Those are all basswood though; the rg7620m/rg7621m mahogany guitars are rare. Last month there were two rg7620m-bol's on ebay so if you're really interested keep checking ebay US and UK. When I was looking for a seven string I used every keyword I could and it came up with different results every time(ie. seven string, 7-string, 7 string).
