Which bridge pickup for a slim-body Burny Les Paul Custom?

Hi everyone,
I've just bought a Burny Les Paul Custom that has Vh-1 pickups.
The body is one centimeter thinner and the fretbord is made of rosewood.
My impression is that these two things makes the guitar sound a little "bassless" than a original LPC would sound. Even unplugged I can hear this difference.
I want to buy a bridge pickup that can compensate this lack of bass and has some power to push my amps.
My ideas reading some of the posts and the description are:
Emerald or Crowler.
Any opinions?

Hi Lorenzo, I don't know about the pickups but a thin-body Burny LP Custom sounds great!   Does it still have the usual thick maple top?  And have you got any pictures?

Could you tell us a bit more about the type of music you play and the sounds you want?

I'd say a Mule myself, but failing that a Crawler.

Crawler is what Tim suggested to warm up a les paul.

It's true, the Crawler bridge does sound mighty fat and warm in an LP.

My amp are: Orange Overdrive OR120M, Marshall Slash Signature and Mesa/Boogie Mark III.
I play many types of music except for brutal metal and shred.
Crowler is the verdict?

I would suggest dropping Tim and his team a line as they know the whole range (as opposed to tthe rest of us who know some of the range.)

The Crawler sounds about right but there may be something even better suited to your needs

I still haven't heard enough Emeralds to really get a good feel for what's going on with them, though its always been my impression that they're relatively fat and powerful.  Still ... if if the VH-1s are doing it, I think the Crawlers would go a bit farther to adding definitive oomph.  

I've got Crawlers in a Gibson LP Std, and you can really make things roar with them, though that vintage vibe is still omnipresent present.  Very versatile and effect pups, IMO.  They've got a bottom which is pretty much waht you would expect from a hot PAF, though more mid-range than a real hot PAF (like an Abraxas) would have -- and in my (not actually very expert, but hey) opinion I think that's a feature that would go a good way to adding meat to the tone of the slightly thinner (physically) Burny.

Hi, everyone sorry if I didn't come back but I'm having trouble with the guitar...
When it arrived the neck was ready for some archery so I straightened it and it was fine.
Today I reallized there was some buzzing from the frets so I heightened the action a bit. Then I noticed the neck was still a bit bended so I gave half a turn on the truss rod. But after tuning the strings I strummed and the truss rod is now making a noise inside the neck...
Did I brake something? I am really worried :(

Is the neck bending back or forward?

You might have loosened the truss rod too much so the nut is loose, and the rod's not under tension - then that could be causing the noise in the neck.

Sounds like you've adjusted it too quickly - you should really only do a quarter-turn, then let it settle before adjusting again.  It doesn't take effect instantly.

I have straightened the neck so the truss rod should be tighter instead it is vibrating as if it was loose

I've found out that the noise was caused by a little piece of wire on the tune-o-matic and not the truss rod! I've never seen this! I think it keeps the saddles from falling of the T-o-M when there are no strings on the guitar...
I'm probably gonna change it.

I'm still having some trouble deciding which pickup to choose... I don't wanna risk to get something too powerful or something too "gentle".
