Cheers Ginga. I don't have a pic of the guts unfortunately, but Martin may have.

I can definitely recommend the Ceriatone/Martamp combo. Looks fantastic, build quality is top-notch, and (for the 5 minutes I have had so far :lol: ) the sound was awesome too.

EDIT: And of course the service you get with Martin is fantastic. Unfortunately I am finding that out the hard way, but it's reassuring.

The bottom line is, I do this because of the buzz I get from having happy customers, so it's important to me to get Sambo's amp up and running again. I would be going down there tomorrow, were it not for his holiday. I could just post some valves, but then there's the issue of biasing.

Here's some pics I have, one showing the offending valve! :x

That's really unlucky Sambo. I picked my Roadstar up on Monday and have been in tone heaven since then. I would be gutted if the boot was on the other foot.

At least it's just a valve, and top service from Martin as always.

You don't get that service if you go straight to Ceriatone. Just saying...
