ahh...sgmypod thinks of the heralded MArk II C+ Mesa Boogie-it is the holy grail of Mesa amps...very few made in the early 80's(I have two :D)...pure simul class bliss(allows for el-34 and 6L6 simultaneously)
-in America, the MkIIC+ has hit almost mythical status-routinely bringing 3500-5000 for the "real deal"-not bad for an 80's era amp that cost around 1200 new
-also will mention the mammoth Mesa COLISEUM-think John Sykes-I lucked into a MK II C+ Coli(...only 86 made...)-6 power tubes and headroom galore-a request that was made by Keef himself!!(the 80's...arena shows...thanks, Keef!)
"...major scales...what's that??"- Doug Aldrich
-Rebels,VHII, Mules,Milks,Bombs,and Boogie C+'s!!

Matchless Superchief + matching 4x10 - the best Stones tone I've ever heard
Vox AC30 (non top boost 'treble' model) - not as gainy as the top boost amps but a perfect match with a Tele.
Fender Twin (blackface) - possibly the best clean tone ever and that swampy reverb + tremolo.
Fender Tweed Bassman 4x10 - classic rock & roll tone
Marshall script logo JTM45 - for Angus tone
Marshall JTM45/100 - Small Faces / early Who tone
Marshall JMP 2203 - for all those 70s rock tones
Marshall Bluesbreaker combo (mkII like Clapton used)
Hiwatt DR103 - Live At Leeds tone, oh yeah
Peavey 5150 mkII - masses of gain and a really fat tone
Diezel VH4 - modern hi-gain tone with a surgically tight bass end
Selmer T&B mkI (crocskin) - perfect AC30 meets JTM45 tone
Sound City L100 - like a Hiwatt DR103 mixed with a Marshall 1959
Randall Titan - the loudest amp I've ever played with a deep, deep tight bass
White/Matamp GT100 - ultimate stoner amp when paired with a fuzz box

15?  Wow, that's just mad.  I'll only need a few, along the lines of Heavier Than Hell....

My Martamp JTM45 clone
My Martamp JTM45/100 clone
My heavily modded Laney Klipp
Bogner Shiva
Martamp (Fender clone) Super 2x10 combo
Maybe a Vox AC30 of some description
Mesa/Boogie Rectifier of some sort (Mrs Twinfan loves 'em)

That's about it!

It sounded rubbish on those YouTube clips, but they're probably not reliable examples.

Twinfan - Fender Clone?

Yeah, something a bit different.  Just the one mind you!  Martin has a cabinet on one side for me for when I decide to go ahead with an order.

Would that be a Brown era Super or a Tweed era Super or not a circuit clone at all?  If Martin does a Brown era Super (6G4) i'd be very interested
